Seeking solutions to the challenge of transmitting digital data where wires are not practical?
Does your industrial application demand reliable, real-time access to vital data?
Let ESTeem solve your wireless networking challenges by providing robust and reliable wireless Ethernet and serial network solutions engineered for your unique application needs.
Employ the ESTeem wireless Ethernet networks for remote facility access, security cameras, and in-plant wireless access. For example, a video surveillance system can enhance public safety at critical areas and remain within budget. The high-speed industrial Ethernet networks and NEMA4 industrial case allow the ESTeem 195E series of products to operate in harsh industrial applications where consumer wireless electronics would be destroyed. Use the ESTeem wireless Ethernet network for fast deployment and temporary Ethernet networks.
The Mesh technology for industry, however, is not concerned with covering large areas with Internet access, but rather the movement of critical data for control and system monitoring. Use ESTeem’s expertise for selecting the correct wireless hardware and RF design practices to provide you with a reliable, cost-effective communication networks.

EBSA Colombia Power Distribution
EBSA (Power Company Boyacá), an electrical power distributor in Colombia, has deployed a communications system to control and monitor the status of their service while enhancing the quality and additionally complying with the standards required by the Colombian Regulatory Commission for Energy and Gas (CREG). EBSA provides energy for the entire state of Boyacá, supplying approximately 1,500,000 people with power in 123 municipalities across an area of over 23,000 square kilometers (8,880 square miles).
ECOPETROL S.A is the state oil producer in Colombia, one of the top four producers of petroleum in Latin America. Their nationwide operation includes multiple oil and gas fields, refineries, shipping ports on both coasts and a network of pipelines throughout the country that interconnect the production system with the consumption centers and marine terminals. ECOPETROL has also been a pioneer in the adoption of wireless technology in oil and gas operations. From the beginning, ECOPETROL has recognized that wireless networking provides the most cost efficient and effective means of monitoring their expansive operations. By using wireless communication to interface well sites, operation centers and distribution centers across long distances, ECOPETROL saves hundreds of man hours and millions of dollars over the life of the system because they are not faced with the high cost of cable installations and maintenance.
Ford Engine Plants Energy Management System
Ford Motor Company opened a new engine assembly plant in Chihuahua City, Mexico in 2009 for the assembly of their new Super Duty diesel engine. This new plant has focused on operational efficiency in areas that have rarely been considered for automation. In a modern manufacturing plant all cost savings must be considered. Previously lower power consumption systems such as lighting, heating and cooling were rarely considered for automation. Ford has installed an innovative plant-wide Energy Management System for environmental monitoring and control that has provided a lower environmental impact at a great cost savings.
