Model 195E Series Utilities

These utilities are available for download from our site. Each ESTeem Utility Program is in a compressed ZIP file. When asked to Open the File or Save to Disk, select Save to Disk. Place the file in its own directory on your hard drive, open the Zip file and run the executable program.

ESTeem Network Configuration (ENC) Utility

The ESTeem Network Configuration (ENC) Utility is a software program designed to greatly simplify the configuration of your ESTeem Model 195E series of wireless Ethernet network. The ENC program will allow graphical, point-and-click configuration of your network routing and then configure each ESTeem wireless modem for the network as designed. The ENC program will eliminate the need to program or update each ESTeem wireless modem individually. ESTeem Models 195Eg, 195Ed, 195Ep, 195Ea and 195Es

NOTE: Firmware version 799 or greater is required.

Discovery Suite

discoverysuiteThe Model 195E series Discovery Suite is a Java™ based application toolbox, compatible with any computer operating system (Windows, Linux, Mac, etc).  The application requires two (2) additional support files to operate:

Java – Downloadable from http://www.java.com. The version required will be based upon your operating system.
Note: The installation and updates from Java may try and install additional web browser toolbars.  Uncheck the optional installation if they are not desired.

Npcap – Downloadable from https://nmap.org/npcap.   The Npcap free addition is supported up to Windows version 10. The version required will be based upon your operating system.

The Discovery Suite will display all ESTeem 195E series wireless modems connected to the computer’s Ethernet connection regardless of their current IP address. This utility will allow modification of the modem’s IP address to the network of the computer for further configuration through a web browser.

NOTE: The Java Runtime and Npcap must be installed prior to operation of this utility

EtherStation Status

The EtherStation status program will display the signal strength and MAC address of the Access Point were the Model 195E is connected. This program can only be used while the ESTeem 195E is in the EtherStation mode. ESTeem Models 195Eg, 195Ed, 195Ep, 195Ea and 195Es

NOTE: Firmware version 302.8.102 or greater in the 195E is required. If installing an updated version of the EtherStation Status, remove the older utility with the Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs prior to installing the new utility.

ESTeem Utility Program

The ESTeem Utility program provides configuation, troubleshooting and diagnostics of the Model 192 series of ESTeem serial radio modems. This program is required to set the frequency, squelch level and operating commands to the radio modem. The latest version is downward compatible to all previous products and is highly recommended to install for all application programming. Models 192S, 192C, 192CHP, 192M, 192MHP, 192F and 192V

NOTE: The ESTeem Utility was written for Windows XP or older operating systems. If using on a Windows 7 or newer computer, Windows XP Mode (Virtual Machine) must be installed and running to operate the ESTeem Utility program. If installing an updated version of the Windows Utility, remove the older utility with the Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs prior to installing the new utility. If running Windows 2000, SP4 must be installed prior to installation.

Model 95 Windows Utility

The ESTeem Utility program provides configuation, troubleshooting and diagnostics of the ESTeem Model 95 serial radio modem. This program is required to set the frequency, squelch level and operating commands to the radio modem. Model 95
