ESTeem Wireless Modems Debuts Latest Industrial Wireless Products November 14, 2007
Automation Fair 2007, Chicago, IL --- November 14, 2007 --- Electronic Systems Technology, Inc. (EST) (OTC: ELST), dba ESTeem Wireless Modems, the manufacturer of the ESTeem product line of wireless modems, announces the debut of two new wireless products and enhanced features to existing Model 195E series radio modems. The two new products are the ESTeem Model 195Ep and the ESTeem Model 195Es.
The new ESTeem 195Ep wireless modem is designed for use in the 4.9 GHz licensed public safety frequency band. The ESTeem 195Ep will allow municipalities, state and federal agencies to deploy rapid response, high data rate network Ethernet applications to serve first responders in time of emergency and natural disaster or permanent fixed based sites. The ESTeem 195Ep will provide users with the advantage of a licensed frequency for high data rate remote networks without the concern of interference from nearby 802.11b/g/a consumer hardware. The ESTeem 195Ep is contained in a rugged, industrial hardened, pole mountable case and has RF peak output power levels up to 2 watts, allowing data rates of up to 54 Mbps for a range of approximately 7 miles. The new ESTeem 195Es wireless modem is a 900 MHz spread-spectrum modem for long-range, low-cost applications requiring either serial or Ethernet interface. The ESTeem 195Es is contained in a rugged, industrial hardened, pole mountable case and has RF output power of 1 watt, allowing data rates of 200 Kbps for a range of approximately 10 miles. The new products and capabilities will be shown at the Automation Fair 2007 at the ESTeem booth 303. Electronic Systems Technology, a publicly held Corporation since 1984, was the first company to develop the wireless modem and receive the United States and Canadian patents for this technology.
