ESTeem wireless modems provide a seamless radio network with its integral DF1 communications protocol driver for direct interfacing to PLC-5, ControlLogix, SLC and MicroLogix products for indoor and outdoor applications to 70 miles line-of-site. Longer ranges are capable using the internal digi-repeat feature to route information through multiple ESTeems transparent to the Allen-Bradley hardware. The ESTeem emulates half and full duplex DF1 and supports the latest DF1 Radio Modem protocol, allowing peer-to-peer communication between remote locations. PLC and SLC ladder logic programming is completed with standard message instructions on the Data Highway, no additional commands are necessary. A grouping feature allows connection of multiple Allen-Bradley devices to a single ESTeem radio modem. The ESTeem functions as a Master, Remote or Repeater to reduce system spares. The ESTeem produces support point-to-point, point-to-multipoint and polled with report by exception communication schemes. ESTeem serial products have an integral infrared port and remote programming features for support and diagnostics.

With the addition of the wireless Ethernet products such as the Model 195Eg Ethernet Radio Modem to our product line, we can now also provide a wireless solution for your EtherNet/IP control network. Our "license free" spread spectrum 2.4 GHz packet burst wireless radio modem allows users to bridge Ethernet segments or provide access to remote Ethernet clients for computer or PLC networking. The ESTeem Model 192E provides an industry standard 10BaseT interface through the RJ-45 connector. The ESTeem supports all standard Ethernet based protocols including full support for TCP/IP networks. The 54 Mbps data throughput provides increased computer networking performance over most Ethernet radio modems and quick access to remote PLC data, programming, and diagnostics in industrial control applications.
